I always prefer to stay here in novotel orr as bcz the hospitality is too good nd food as well .. front desk team specially very helpful madhumita,mrinmay,and jagdish

I had a short stay in Novotel Bangalore. However it was an amazing stay with amazing hospitality. Everyone from the reception to the managers are all nice. They made a big deal on my check out too, gave me a dessert for a happy journey. Absolutely coming back here again!

A very special mention must go to Lira Das, Guest Experience Manager, who has — without exception — gone the extra mile to ensure every stay is memorable. From check-in to check-out, she makes it a point to personally connect, either in the morning or evening, to ensure everything is meeting or exceeding expectations. Her dedication is clearly reflected in her entire team, who carry the same spirit of genuine hospitality. After nearly a decade of visits, Novotel on Outer Ring Road continues to feel less like a hotel and more like a trusted address in Bangalore.
