Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable beds and rooms, good sound-proofing as being near to the ring road. Breakfast and room service provided a wide range of options, high quality ingredients and great attentive customer service.

Nothing - apart from the pool/spa facilities closed at 9pm, and often wasn't back from work in time to use these at end of the day.

"Close to my buisness location with great food options."

The Breakfast and Dinner were really good ! Ideally you should book them in advance as the cost of purchase at property is very high compared to doing it online beforehand. ABC juice is a must have !

The room had no natural ventilation, and AC was always needed. There was alwasy a dilema to use the hot blanket or make the AC room temp go up to not use the hot blanket. The mattress was not hard enough for me. However after a few sleeepless nights when I discussed this with the staff they promptly changed the mattress of my room and gave me a comforted that was not as hot.

We had a great stay at Novotel Outer Ring Rd Bangalore. They even helped us arrange transportation from the airport and had great communication about the pick up via WhatsApp since we did not have Indian phone numbers. The front desk and restaurant staff were really helpful. We hosted a family gathering and it was very easy

I stayed here for 2 weeks and the food options were amazing and staff were really friendly especially Pransanta from Housekeeping who ensured my room was clean always.
