Stay USA Hotel and Suites

Best breakfast in many years ! Eggs sausages waffles and a toaster for bagels and toast . Butter blueberry muffins , cream cheese. . In the fridge were items I never checked . Apples and bananas and juice Coffee in the lobby and ice water ! When coffee and food ran I out I notified the desk and they came and refilled . The room was huge and many places to sit also clean and very nice The room was big lots of outlets in good places new furniture . I have never slept in a soft bed so that was different . Room was quiet and window coverings kept most of the light out . Smoke alarms on room and sprinklers also. . I never noticed a fire extinguisher but exits were clearly labeled near the floor . Court yard had outside seating and was nice. Open closet to hang clothes and a luggage rack ! Desk with chair and a comfy chair to watch the nice tv . No having to sit on the bed !. We turned the air off and the room stayed comfortable . There was NO strong air freshener smell like most have . Shower was great wonderful and clean and the bathroom was nice size huge counter was huge ! Big parking lot easy to get in and out of . A no smoking building and smelled good without air freshener smell . Restaurant on site with limited hours . We have eaten there on past trips and met the owner the food was good ! The owner is the reason we tried the hotel She is awesome and we are glad we have it a try and will be back The desk staff was awesome and took great care of us The lights in the room were wonderful and beautiful There is a small workout room not exciting and a small hot tub that we didn’t use

It would be nice if someone would stop in and refresh plates and cups instead of people going into the room labeled employees only . The web site said pool but sign said pool was closed people should know before they book . Web site issue. They are still updating and back alley needs a little cleaning up

Staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was packing up and said if I wanted more eggs they would make me more.

Old hotel, needs updating.

It was quiet and in a good location.

The pool / hot tub was closed and the carpet in the room wasn’t cleaned.

Bed was not comfortable

It seemed bad. It was under construction and very poorly managed
