Stay USA Hotel and Suites

It was comfortable, And staff was friendly.

It was not very clean. Garbage in the chair in the room and behind nightstand. Stains on bed skirt, seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dusty on some surfaces. Water temp very inconsistent while taking a shower, would turn very cold for no apparent reason, then back to warm. Toilet paper holder was broken, lights in the bathroom were very dim. Breakfast area was dirty, floor was very sticky, food and drink drippings on garbage cans and cabinet fronts. Put my hand hinder the chair to scooch up to the table and it was dirty and sticky.

Beds were soft but still comfortable. Large counter in bathroom.

Toilet seat cover would not stay up; hitting you on the back if you actually got to sit down without it closing. Very annoying!

The hotel was in need of maintenance and supplies. We were unable to check into our hotel room because neither we or the front desk staff could open the door of our room and we had to be moved to another room. The ice machine on our floor was turned around with a sign to use the other machine in the hotel which also didn’t work. At breakfast there were no napkins or coffee creamer. The person working the front desk was also covering the kitchen and filling up the water and coffee dispensers in the lobby and she also had no access to ice.

Missing smoke detector from ceiling. Wires just hanging down. I don't use the individual soaps etc but noticed the conditioner was opened previously and was half used.

They had the worst pillows ever they were so hard. Also all out of breakfast and there had to be 10 plus people wanting to eat

It served my purpose well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Convenient access to highways, big room, lots of shelf space in bathroom, big refrigerator, plenty of outlets (but no USB outlets). Lamp didn’t work, breakfast was a joke (they ran out of EVERYTHING before 7:30 this morning), no café as advertised, evidence of stalled construction (it felt like we were in an unfinished facility).
