Swimming pool was dirty with algae floating. Hair dryer was not working as switch was broken, we ordered coffee and sandwiches which cost 1100 rupee but the coffee was not good, on booking site there was description was the room has lake view, but there is no lake around the hotel it's in between city center.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and the experience was elevated to another level thanks to the exceptional service and craftsmanship of the team. The Cocktails A huge shoutout to Abhradip, the executive behind the bar. His attention to detail is remarkable, and he crafts some of the most delicate and well-balanced cocktails I’ve had in a long time. The Hawaiian Sunrise was a particular standout—vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly executed. It’s clear that Abhradip takes great pride in his mixology, and it shows in every sip. The Hospitality The seamless flow of the evening was orchestrated by the Restaurant Manager, Akash. He runs a tight ship while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. His professionalism and ensuring that every guest felt attended to did not go unnoticed. Between the expert drinks and the top-tier management, this was a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Abhradip & Rishikesh was very helpful and they helped us get the good food with personalized cake.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Eatery restaurant. The food was yummy and the overall service truly stood out. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Mr. Akash and Mowimowi and baba who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality and genuine care added a personal touch to our evening, making it even more memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special thanks to Meghna and Abhradip for their amazing service and warm behavior. They were very polite, attentive, and made our dining experience even better.
