Hotel location

After returning from dinner, we couldn't get to our room. The maintenance man didn't come to open the door until the next morning. We spent the whole night in an empty room without our personal belongings (medicine, hygiene items, phone charger, clothes, etc.). No one from the hotel apologized to us. Unfortunately, breakfast was also not good, we waited 20 minutes for the pastries. I understand that technical problems can sometimes happen, but the hotel should be prepared for this (at least toothbrushes to buy at the reception and a bottle of wine as an apology).

Il ragazzo alla reception ha fatto finta di non saper parlare ne inglese ne italiano, ha concluso dandoci le informazioni per raggiungere l'ascensore accompagnando le indicazioni con le dita a fischietti come se fossimo bambini o cani. Non mi sono mai sentito così a disagio in nessuno dei viaggi che ho fatto. Molto male per un hotel così bello e che riporta chiaramente su booking e su un quadretto appeso all'ingresso che all'interno è possibile parlare francesce, inglese ed italiano.
