Manor Views

Small room but good for one night.

Excellent! A great view from fully equipped large unit. We were upgraded to 3 bedroom lounge bathroom kitchen unit .. owners were very friendly .. lovely quiet area. Very reasonable price. We self catered but many eating places close by.

Historic Building and rooms, the building was once a hospital but has been slowly renovated and converted into hotel rooms and a restaurant with photos on the walls showing the renovations. The owner very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The oil heater provided was enough to heat the small room and there was parking outside the unit. Ther are limited tv channels but that's okay as there is a pergola for you to take in the views of Huntly including watching the sunset. The Manor is close to town where there is a supermarket and restaurants and it's only a 30-minute drive to the base shops in Hamilton.

The hosts were very nice and friendly and I love how they restored the building keeping the history of the 1929 hospital but still making it a very lovely place to stay.

Fantastic family accommodation. Great friendly host. Nice and warm, with heaters and electric blankets. Room layout was great too. Clean, tidy and quiet. Highly recommend. Will be back again for our next visit to family in July.

I stay here when I finish work late in Auckland and don't have the will to carry on down the motorway. Its comfortable and a nice way to improve the trip.

Very quiet area, just far enough out of town, poorly equipped kithen,needs a fridge freezer not just a bar fridge to enable purchase of frozen food, not everyone eats out at every opportunity!
