Excelente custo benefício. A anfitriã é muito receptiva e prestativa.

We were forced to book last minute due to a medical emergency for one of our friends. We weren't sure how long our friend would be admitted so we only booked for one night initially. The host was incredibly accommodating allowing us to continue to stay an additional night until our friend was discharged (5 days later). It was an incredibly stressful time worrying about our friend in the hospital, and the host of the hotel gave us so much peace of mind that we wouldn't need to move rooms or hotels while we waited for our friend to get better. It was exactly what we needed. Thanks so much!!

The Galaxia Hotel is very well located in the central area of ​​Huaraz. It's very cozy, and the staff is very friendly. The staff are very attentive and willing to help with any questions. The rooms are clean and nice, and the interior of the hotel is well kept and clean as well.

I don't think there's any negative point I can recall, because overall I had a very good stay at the hotel. Perhaps the only point I can mention as a recommendation is that we should be patient with the hot water because it takes a couple of minutes, but it's understandable. Therefore, I think the hotel is very good, affordable, and very well located.
