This was the worst, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The staff were unfriendly. Wouldn’t even help me with my bags. The room, furniture, bathroom are seriously outdated. The bathroom was so smelly. It made me sick. The shower curtain was old, mouldy and smelly. I didn’t even want to use the shower. It had all been so poorly cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel was the view.

Very nice sea views and bedroom. The bathroom needs refurbishment. Rusty mirror and sink. The breakfast closes at 10.30 and we were invited to leave the room at 10.45 in a rude way (they closed in our face the curtains facing the sea while we were finishing our yoghurt.

Breakfast was good, great selection of fresh foods. Coffee was nescafe - bit of a shame if you really enjoy your morning coffee. Breakfast waiting staff were very nice. No kettle or fridge in the room. If our stay had been cheaper wohld have rated higher, but felt it was only ok value for money

"Pleasant stay"

Room was clean and the view was fantastic. Hotel location is in front of the beach, close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to the city centre.

I bought and booked a room of 25 square meters and a balcony, but I was given a room of 15 square meters without a balcony, and offered a room of 25 square meters with a balcony which I booked on your website but I was charged another 12€ payment for this room. This is terrible. I will no longer use your services and booking site. Just walk the site to take control of the hotel for fraudulent actions.

Disappointed to find no fridge in the room. If we went to reception to ask for things e.g. extra pillows service was good though. Overall not bad but then again paid over a grand for 1 week for double room with balcony - nothing else. Location excellent. Been in worst places.

The hotel was right on the beach which was nice. WiFi in the rooms was a little slow. We wished that breakfast ended later; when you’re trying to enjoy the Ibiza lifestyle of clubbing all night you will probably miss the breakfast since it ends at 10:30 am. The room itself was clean and the staff was friendly.
