Hotel Ibiza Playa

Location is a big selling point for this Hotel. Amenities, room cleanliness as well as overall sea view, pool access, etc., makes it a brilliant experience. A few areas where they can make a real difference and increase the experience - - Check in - Not only this can be smoother than our experience (staff not able to handle basic queries and getting stressed out on minimal room swap requests), it should also tie in with what we had confirmed with Hotels.com. We had booked this 7 months in advance and also requested for all 4 rooms to be on the same floor. Hotels.com as well as Property had assured this will happen. On the check in day, we were told there is no such request and they started shouting. - Breakfast needs to have vegan / vegetarian options. This was a real bummer as vegetarians or vegans will have a difficult time with limited or no choices at all

I stayed in this hotel for the last night of my holiday to Ibiza, moving from another hotel to be in a different area for the evening to be able to explore Ibiza town for the first time. I found the room quite basic and a bit expensive for this reason, and it didn’t feel very homely. I wouldn’t stay again but the beach and restaurants close by were very good.

A great hotel on the beach, and within walking distance of the old town. The hotel rooms need maintenance but are otherwise, clean, functional, neat. Service is excellent - cleaning crew through to bar staff. I will stay here again!

A fantastic stay in the heart of the area. It is basic but just what we needed as we were out most of the time. The only thing that I would want is a kettle in the room to be able to make a tea in the morning.

It’s the worst hotel in experience in Ibiza so far, I would give zero star if there was, we just moved from the other hotel to this hotel and this hotel got no water at all!! We rang the reception, to asked why there’s no water..all he said “Well, in this hotel there’s no water” “the whole Ibiza has no water” which bullsh*t we just stayed in the previous hotel and water no problem! the room much better and the staff aren’t rude compared to this old skanky hotel! Unbelievable! and disgusting customer service!! ANYONE WHO BOOKED TO STAY HERE, CANCEL IT AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE OR CHEAPER, DONT STAY HERE!

Hotel is decent. Not that nice and fairly run down. Proximity to the beach is the best feature.

Fourth time staying at this hotel and truly has never dissapointed. Also the staff is nice and professional and helpful.

Helpful staff but places needs updating as the pictures looked more newer than in real life.
