we love Ibis Mem Martins, it is very clean and comfortable and even though it is not right by the center we drive to the places we want to go and make it work, it is a good value for the money

While it is outside of the historical centre, we still enjoyed our stay at the ibis Lisboa Sintra. We did have to Uber in and out of the historical centre (about 8-10 Euros) but the facilities were reasonably priced and it was nice having an on-site restaurant.
