"Stranded in outside Sintra"

Pillows were very thin and bed was uncomfortable so I didn't get a lot of sleep. Very far from the local attractions in Sintra so I'd stay closer next time. Room was clean though and they have a 24 hour bar/resto (no room service though).

"Nice experience"

Nice hotel and experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very good but...the outside parking is so small... The inside parking has a 3€/day cost..

"A good location hotel near Sintra"

A good priced and location hotel between Sintra and Lisbon with the usual Ibis standard. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Private bathroom is small but adequate - good shower design to make use of limited space. Breakfast was ok with usual spread - a plus point for “make your own fresh orange juice”, otherwise can improve on fruit selection. A good recommendation for those driving and wanting to visit both Sintra and Lisbon. Ample parking on surface and underground.

"Well located and good basic hotel "

A good choice hotel to stay for visits to Sintra and Lisbon. It is just a few minutes drive to all the sights in Sintra and 20 minutes to Lisbon. We chose this hotel because of its reasonable price and the Ibis brand. It did not disappoint as the room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit small but adequate, the shower and toilet is small but well designed to make good use of space. Parking was easy and free - right in front of hotel if you can find a space, otherwise hotel underground parking at 3 Euro a night. Actually I thought they should not charge at all. Breakfast was good, not lavish but adequate (no fresh cut fruits except squeezing your own fresh orange juice - a nice touch). Staff at reception could be a bit more welcoming - appeared too business like. Hotel should say in their information that air-con is provided. We almost did not choose this hotel as information given in Hotels.com made no mention of air-con being provided.

Nice hotel and close to the Penha Longa resort which was the activity I was scheduled for was hosted. Hotel staff provided good services. Breakfast is not included in the room rates and my room was not cool enough so had to supplement with a fan. No water for guests to drink except if you purchase from the reception
