Linda and Kayla were super helpful all weekend during my stay. The room was nice, big and clean. The location in downtown Phoenix also really convenient with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Look forward to returning again in the near future

"All Around Great Hotel"

I have not stayed in a Westin/Marriott in years as I'm a Hilton Diamond member but coming into town this past weekend, we decided to switch it up. Wow. I'm so glad we did. Upon check in, Matthew was delightful. We were joking around that I've never met a bad Matthew (my husband's name is Matthew also) and he made us feel very welcome. I really liked the hotel scent throughout the lobby. It was very relaxing and I truly felt like I was on vacation. We got to the room and I could not believe how big the room was! It was beautiful, clean and we loved it. I usually have a hard time sleeping on hotel beds and this was the exception! I crashed out every night I was there. We could hear some noise from the street (loud cars, sirens, etc.) but aside from that I got the best sleep ever. We ate dinner twice at the restaurant on property and the servers were great. I highly recommend this hotel. We absolutely loved it.
