The staff is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Our breakfasts were wonderful as well.

Limpio, cuarto amplio con camas confortables, agua caliente abundante. El desayuno estaba rico y abundante. Bonita vista desde la azotea. El personal fué muy amable.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Rent. Fin morgenmad og godt wifi.

Der ikke altid varmt vand i bruseren hvilket var en kold fornøjelse.

Bon emplacement, on peut visiter Puno et rejoindre le lac Titicaca à pied sans problème. Personnel vraiment très sympathique et serviable.

Early arrival due to Peru Hop bus from Cusco but no issues getting inside as we were able to chill inside, have breakfast and store luggage before our overnight stay on the islands which is a must! Breakfast was good on 4th floor however, there is no lift.

I had a pleasant stay at Kuntur Inn. The location is great, close to the center but still very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff was very kind and welcoming, always happy to help. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the beautiful view of part of the lake from the room. The breakfast was decent, with enough to start the day, and overall it was a peaceful place to stay.

However, the room was quite cold, especially in the evening and the sink was unfortunately clogged, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, for a short stay in Puno, Kuntur Inn offers good value with friendly service and a calm atmosphere.
