Excellent service! Good beaches for families with babies

As the name says it is Paradise on earth, one of the scenic places of Indian ocean , cleanliness and service is top notch

Had an absolutely amazing stay in Paradise Island Resort & Spa. It was honestly one of the best holidays of my life. Staff service was top quality and the water here is gorgeous - truly a paradise. The range of activities to do here was great too. Enjoyed the shark feeding and stingray feeding in the evenings. Food was very delicious, especially the Lobster BBQ on Monday evenings. Praise goes to Shamin, Sean, Irtesah and Monde for their excellent customer service but all staff were splendid. The Ocean Quest Snorkelling Trip was once in a lifetime and we got to see turtles and stingrays. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful, clean rooms, plenty to do on the island. Gym , sauna, tennis, basketball, spa, etc. Special thanks to friendly and wonderful staff, especially Sham , Muhaimin (he should get an employee of the year!) and Iba. Highly recommended, my wife and I hope to come back again in the future.

Excellent service, this hotel is good for families with infants

The weather and the place is beautiful. However as the weather was very hot you’d expect the resort to have good air conditioned rooms and lounge areas and restaurants but they did not. They used old rusty fans which did not have much affect. We purchased the all inclusive package but the all inclusive package was not really all inclusive as only the bare minimum was included. The food that was included in the all inclusive deals were appalling but if you were willing to pay over $100 per person per meal you’d receive a half decent meal. The most basic drinks would be included in the all inclusive deals such as water but anything else is over $10. You are also tied up in that island and for 5 minute transfer they will charge $120 per person per transfer. In respect of the water activities the prices are extremely high and a rip off as they know you can’t go anywhere else to experience the activities other than this resort. Also we visited the resort during the pandemic and the health and safety measures were terrible. The staff were mostly not wearing protective gears such as masks, there were no social distancing measures in place for the staff or guests who have come From all over the world.

There were many insects in a bed & resort

Terrible stay island is nice but cleanliness is not good at all food was not good staff is very unhelpful and don’t care about guests I paid money for dolphin ride and other things and never got it worth and never seen dolphins and the guys were in a rush and didn’t stay the full time in the water to look for the dolphins very unorganized and not clean prices are over priced for activities compared to different islands in the area
