EL HOTEL NECESITA MANTENIMIENTO, EL CANCEL DEL BAÑO CAYENDOSE Y HABIA CUCARACHAS, NOS SACARON DEL HOTEL PARA FUMIGAR TODO EL HOTEL. NO QUIEREN FACTURAR LOS ALIMENTOS. ESPANTOSO!!!!

Esta mal el servicio ya que en la habitación no habia shampoo y tuve que esperar mas de 30min para que me trajeran el shampoo y mis hijos todos mojados y tuve que ir a insistir 4 veces para que me trajera el shampo y su actitud de la chica de recepción fue fatal .

Arrepentido de haber seleccionado este hotel. Sucio, con cucarachas, larvas de mosco en agua estancada en el baño. Instalaciones viejas, camas, almohadas y sábanas en mal estado. De dos días reservados preferimos abandonar el hotel después del primer día. Nada recomendable.
