Staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, professional and service oriented!

My third stay the hotel and it has been upgraded and is even better than before! Wonderful staff and service; beautiful grounds. And an honorable history. It is a pleasure to stay here and when I return to Rwanda, I will stay here again.

Booked 6 rooms. None were ready when we showed up at 4:30pm. Some waited over an hour and were just to sit down and wait when any inquiries were made. Then given a room overlooking trash dumpsters. AC did not work in a couple of rooms. Expected better and won't be staying again.

All in all a pleasure.

This hotel is full of African charm - not resting on its fame (hotel Rwanda). Beautiful gardens, charming staff and great food

A beautiful, clean and customer service hotel.

Nice staff. Friendly and competent. The location is very good if you want to be near the walk streets, big hotels and offices. The property could use some updating but is in good condition. The outdoor bar area l is very nice. The fitness center is substandard and needs an overhaul.

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had to extend my stay on short notice and it was an very easy process. They have been helpful in getting me transportation, currency exchange and several necessities.

I liked everything they have to offer.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Agnes and Dahlia at the spa are lovely and the services were excellent. However, the rooms could use freshening up (but they were very clean), and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Breakfast was good and overall, the staff were wonderful!
