Fantastic location. Close walking distance to Jackson square and all the restaurants. They had an awesome grab and go breakfast selection (and coffee/chai/tea) and from 7pm-9pm grab and go snacks (not your usual cheap hotel stuff, quality baked goods)

Though it had a parking lot the layout was a little tight when people parked poorly

"Older motel with modern comforts"

The location is excellent. Rooms vary depending on age, but the two rooms I have stayed in were pretty good-sized, had good storage spaces, offered plenty of amenities and had comfortable beds.

The breakfast offerings could be better - but they are better than nothing.
