"Good and friendly"

Fine room, good breakfast. The free sauna and jacuzzi was also fine. We also like the friendly atmosphere in the hotel. But the best of this hotel are the people at the reception, who did give good information and helped us to book a trip.

"Superbe séjour"

Très bel hôtel proche du centre de Pest. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Nous avons utilisé le bain à remous le premier jour car ensuite, nous étions dans différents thermes les après-midis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la limonade au citron rafraîchissante à disposition dans le hall de l'hôtel lorsqu’on rentrait de nos journées intenses à vadrouiller à travers la magnifique ville de Budapest. Rien de négatif. Tout était parfait ! Merci

"Molt bon hotel en una zona complicada"

Especialment l''atenció i la neteja. L'habitació era molt gran, còmoda i silenciosa. I el plus de tenir spa i beguda de benvinguda.

Els voltants de l'hotel tenen un ambient complicat (venta i consum de drogues, gent en estat alterat, etc). Per exemple, no ho recomanaria mai per a una noia viatjant sola.

Freundliches Personal, Modernes Appartement mit Balkon, gute Lage zum Einkaufen, zur Donau und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, die auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Die Matratzen vom Bett könnten härter sein. Budapest intetessant, aber leider viele stinkige und schmutzige Ecken, viele Obdachlose. Das war nicht so schön.

"No debería tener una puntuación tan elevada en booking"

El personal muy amable

Limpieza de habitaciones muy tarde, a las 15:30h dos dias, un día nos encontramos la puerta de la habitación abierta porque la limpieza no la había cerrado bien. En el gym había 4 máquinas y 2 no funcionaban. El hotel no está céntrico, a 10 minutos caminando del transporte público y 30 -45 minutos del centro. En definitiva lo elegí por su puntuación en booking y no es de 9,2. No es lo que me esperaba.
