The Club Residence Kamala Beach

Great sized apartment for a family, on a lovely little complex with a nice pool area. On the main road so very close to amenities, yet you don’t hear the noise from the road and bars once the front door is closed. Kitchen area for when you don’t want to go out to eat. Clean and everything works as it should, decent tv channels which is handy for kids when you’re trying to get ready, or watch a movie before bed. Beach and lots of restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Amazing host, really helpful and on hand via message with any queries.

Could’ve done with some extra bin bags as our rubbish was piling up in shop carrier bags, I’d liked to have tidied it up a bit better and emptied the fridge etc before we checked out but I had nowhere to put it, I know housekeeping do this anyway but I just like to do what I can before I leave a property, so I felt a bit guilty leaving the rubbish piled up ! Other than that it was spot on

Location is perfect, lots of shops and restaurants around. Beach is 8 min walk. Big apartment.

Nobody mentions about paying the electricity bill.

It was clean, spacious. Two bedrooms were spacious and had each bathroom (toilet, shower and sink in each) Towels (both bathroom and pool), toiletries and hairdryer were provided. Kitchen was very well equipped- pots, pans, different types of plates, everything you might need. Smart TV with YouTube and other. Pool was clean. Very close to the beach - about 10 minutes. Shops, fruits, restaurants, all near by.

Pool surface was scratchy. Freezer in fridge didnt really freez anything, ice-cream was melting there. One of the showers wasn't heating up, so one shower we used for washing and another for cooling down. Didnt really bother us.

Large apartment with good sized balcony. Apartment has all you need for long or short stay. Good location for beach and amenities.

Nothing to dislike.

Pillows & mattress very firm

I was allowed to check in early, the manager was waiting for us, handed over the keys, and kindly advised us not to walk to Patong Beach but to take a taxi instead. 😊 He explained that cleaning is done twice a week. We had an apartment on the ground floor with access to the garden and the pool. The pool was clean. There’s a gray cat living on the property, very affectionate.

I requested cleaning and asked for a roll of toilet paper. We stayed for 10 days, but the housekeeper didn’t provide anything and simply said she didn’t have any. Very disappointing. The bathroom cleaning was very superficial. The towels were old and left lint on the skin; they probably need replacing. The residential complex itself is located on a busy road with constant traffic, which makes it noisy, though the noise wasn’t too noticeable inside the apartment. Be sure to bring shower filters with you – the water was far from clear.

Really good location and lovely apartment with a good view over the pool. Close to the beach & restaurants. It suited our needs perfectly & we loved using it as our base to explore parts of Phuket. Good communication with the management company when we didn't know how to operate the safe & in getting us an extra pillow & cases for the bed. We would love to return 🙂

Nothing not to like but just a couple of points to help for future guests maybe. The cushions on the sofa would benefit from having covers on them & also letting guests know when the apartment will be cleaned. Or having a property folder with a little information in it with regards to the property & local area.
