J ai aimé la chambre que j ai dû payé un supplément car la première c était bof bof et le côté plage c est tout

L accueil manque de professionnalisme, des employés qui ne comprennent pas un mot du français, des malgaches, africains. La restauration une catastrophe, 45 min pour une langouste. Le buffet pas énormément de choix , même pour le petit déjeuner avec du personnel étrangers sous calcifié. Du coup Je partais dîner à l hotel la Pirogue à 3 minutes à côté. Le bar même pas fichue de vous servir un vrai champagne, ,des jeunes pas capable de faire un cocktail. Des vigiles africains pas un mot en français..je ne viendrai plus jamais dans cette hotel, le personnel mauricien heureusement une partie encore la pour sauver les meubles. J ai payé 1600 euros le séjour plus 240 euros de consommations

the room

pricing us a gala party whihc was no where a condition whihc force us to stay their on that night for dinner. for the price they charge thee gala buffer meal wasnt to the level it should be for a christmas night.

They gave me a room with lower category in the beginning (while there’s availability). Then after long negotiation they change it!
