Tuscany Basic Urban Stay

I stayed for 3 days from march 26 to 29, and the experience was overall good. I really liked how people at the front desk and the trainees/interns would always greet you with a smile. Most of the staff there are young and well dressed. They are also kind enough to carry our bags to the room, although we declined because it wasn't that heavy. The room I stayed in was ok for the most part. There were some noticeable but minor damages like the cabinet door hinge, curtain rod holder, and window that had to be locked from the outside. Do note that this hotel was previously Eurotel before being bought and rebranded to Tuscany. So, I think there were already damages to some of the rooms before the hotel was bought out. As of writing this review, the hotel is undergoing renovation and maintenance. You might hear construction sounds on the 5th or 4th floor at night time. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable to stay in. The bed was nice and soft. TV had a lot of channels. Wi-Fi in the room has a strong signal. There's free water served in a pitcher with 2 glasses. The shower has a heater, but there isn't a marking for heat or cold, so you have to turn the knob to your left for hot. Amenities such as towels, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are given. They give you a key card and a key for the room, but only the key works. The card doesn't do anything. Since this hotel is currently undergoing rework, there isn't a lot I can say that is great about the building itself. BUT, the hospitality, politeness, and professionalism of the younger staff and interns there are superb. I do hope that guest will treat them as how they want to be treated. I hope that the management of Tuscany will value the staff because they made my stay great despite the hotel's current situation.

The rooms are modernized, well-maintained, and offer great comfort—definitely a step up from the old Eurotel. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. What makes this hotel even better is its affordability. You get quality accommodations at a very reasonable rate, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. If you’re looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in the area, I highly recommend Tuscany Basic Urban Stay! Would definitely return!
