"I wasn’t happy or satisfied at all, and wouldn’t ever got to this hotel again."

Nothing

The whole hotel and rooms and toilets were very old and not clean and the smell of the restaurant was very bad and the food was less than average. The overall hygiene is very bad the beaches towels for example were super old. Also the rating on booking was 8.7 I don’t know have is the possible and it’s also written that it’s in Sahl hasheesh while in fact it’s not it’s before it.

"It was Nice place and very supportive staff specially Mr Nashat helped us a lot for everything."

It was a very good experience. The aqua park and the other swimming pools were excellent and well maintained. The staff were very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.The facilities were clean, and the food was good with a wide variety of options available. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The beach was not very good. There were a lot of jellyfish, and there were not many corals or fish to see. It would be much better if snorkelling activities could be arranged near a suitable nearby area, such as a small island or coral spot. The management could also install ladders and provide easier access to the snorkelling area, which would improve the overall experience for visitors
