Wonderful welcome from the warm and friendly reception staff - especially Sabina.

Lovely, lovely hotel! First, we were greeted nicely with hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Well situated and location is few steps up from Centro. Very nice rooftop terrace with awesome view of Taormina and Mt. Etna. Breakfast is very good. My family and I travel a lot and one of the few hotels we’ve visited with no negative things to say. Too bad we can’t stay longer. But if will definitely stay again if we come back to Taormina. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic views with great food at low cost in historic Sicilian city. The SKY rooftop bar is a very popular place with wonderful food, drinks, and music. The staff are very friendly with great attitudes. Still, it is a simple, charming older hotel.

Very convinient location, beautiful terrace and garden, clean nice room and bathroom. Delicious dining.

Staff was friendly - upgraded to corner balcony room upon arrival without even asking - excellent service- and could literally see Aetna from the outer deck and from the bed out the window. Parking was not a concern as there is parking out front and valet, both for a fee. Location provides view also from lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and is located next to a popular and famous local pizzeria/ restaurant. Easy walk to main area via « secret «  garden walkway.

Loved our stay here and hotel upgrade surpassed our expectation's. Breakfast was wonderful as were all the staff. Views from the Skybar were super. The only negative was the noise early in the morning of the bins being collected nearby but that was not a reflection on this hotel.

First, I would like to compliment Sabrina at the front desk, who helped us find our way to the hotel from Mount Etna as our GPS was sending us in circles, she was patient and helpful and just beyond friendly. The entire staff, we’re all beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, nothing over the top, but very clean and accommodating. The Terrace is what makes this whole entire hotel as you can sit out on the terrace and have dinner and cocktails and overlook the entire Mediterranean, Taormina and Mount Etna in the distance. We will return one day and stay here if the opportunity comes our way again

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, great breakfast and spectacular view of Etna. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Dinner menu boring no flavor no real choices. No taste I had to go out to eat.
