Great authentic feeling Maldivian island. Very friendly and attentive staff. Premium All inclusive is excellent value if you plan on eating and drinking lots for the week. Beautiful, tranquil, private feeling island. Good snorkelling reef right outside your villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Island Maldives Resort & Spa. The island is stunning, peaceful, and perfect for a truly relaxing holiday. A special thank you to Mark, our host, who was always available and provided daily updates about events and activities. He also kindly arranged a room change when maintenance work began near our previous room, ensuring our stay remained comfortable and stress-free. We would also like to thank Abu, who prepared our breakfasts every morning with a warm smile and great kindness, and Rajid, who cleaned our room impeccably and was always polite, friendly, and ready to help. A special mention also goes to Habib, the waiter who looked after us throughout our entire stay. He was always punctual, kind, and attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The entire staff made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this resort and hope to return again soon. 🌴✨

Colazione e pranzo a buffet molto buoni. Ristorante alla carta eccellente. Villino spazioso e comodo. Ogni giorno siamo usciti a fare snorkeling in un punto diverso dell'atollo e abbiamo visto squali, mante, razze, tartarughe ed una infinità di pesci coloratissimi. Un ringraziamento particolare per la professionalità con cui ci ha accolto Shius e ad Aahil per la gentilezza e simpatia con cui ci ha servito la cena ogni sera.

Temizlik, güleryüzlü personal. Sessizlik. Organizasiya mükemmel idi. Herşeyle ilgilendiler. Saida xanım xüsusile gece gündüz qonaqlarla maraqlanır.

Şrilankaya ve Hindistana qonşu olduğuna baxmayaraq demleme çay yox idi. Teabag verildi. Kofe olaraq kalitesiz nescafe verilmesi de hoşuma gitmedi.

Beautiful island, mature lush vegetation and full of life. The lagoon is packed with marine life. Saw an Octopus, a hawksbill turtle and a black tip reef shark on the first snorkel on the first day. There are no water bungalows just lovely well appointed beach huts with showers open to the sky. (Get one on the north side of the island, the beach is better in my opinion) Decor is a little tired but they were fine. Food served was fanatic and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, liked that each couple/family were greeted by a designated staff member that looked after your whole stay and kept in touch via WhatsApp. Food was some of the best I have had anywhere I have gone, especially the fish and sushi on Japanese night. Like the focus on sustainability, glass water bottles filled each day, no plastic, even the carrier bags at the shop were biodegradable.

The huts decor is slightly old but serviceable. Cost of drinks, but go full board rather than all in which is $90 per person, per day. You would have to drink a lot to make it worth it, better to have your own choice of wine. We saved $1000 over 10 nights and we had drinks every day. Cost of marine trips. $600 for 2 people to go for a 3 hour boat trip to snorkel with mantra rays is a lot of money. We did see them and had a great dive but that is steep.
