We loved the two bedroom suite we stayed in. It was clean, quiet, and comfy. Close to the lake. The staff were great and treated us well. We'll definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful and clean property that is a wonderful stay. Great staff, clean quiet room, great bed and pillows. I'll be back!

Jason is very nice

The room was spacious, however, the fan and air conditioner didn’t work. There was a floor fan provided, so we had to leave the bedroom doors open and plug the fan in in the living room to circulate air. The single restroom (located inside one of the bedrooms) wasn’t clean. The shower door did not close. While The room itself slept about 7 people, only 2 bath towels were provided. There is a keurig in the kitchen, but no water provided. The worst part though was that the king size bed in the room was clearly new-ish and firm, it was still in the plastic wrap it was purchased in. The bed was made over this plastic. Any time you turned during the night, it sounded like someone was opening a bag of potato chips in your ear. Bottom line, the price was great. The experience was below expectations though overall.

Disgusting sheets and bad odor from bed. I don't think they were washed or I don't know what happened but this is unacceptable. The room lighting didn't work, and the place was beyond dusty. The mini fridge didn't work even when plugged in and also had weird odor. I tried to go complain to front office, but the manager wasn't there nor did they answer phone. I honestly wouldn't recommend at all and I would want a full refund. I am upset my children had to experience this.

5/26-5/29 16th anniv. First imp. cautious but reminded ourselves of the deal we were getting for the proximity to the Village. The grounds & main building leave a little to be desired but nothing was too bad to make us truly unhappy. The room’s interior made us content for the price we were paying. First night we turned in around 10pm. I was woken up around 2am by all of the noise from the room above us. CONSTANT pacing (loud) & rolling of chairs back and forth over & over again & falling off furniture & hitting the floor. My wife told me I slept through a good two hours of fighting & yelling before waking up. All of this started around midnight. I gave the ceiling a few bumps & the noise stopped for a few mins. We couldn’t take anymore around 4:30am, so I went to the front desk & called the mgr. He told me he would handle it, spoke with them & informed me they left, but the noise started back up after apprx 30 mins. 6:30am came real quick for our Saturday hike. Sunday was a repeat of Friday x2 along with screaming & fighting by at least two drunk/high people. This time in front of our room, parking lot, second floor & sitting in car with music blaring but not loud enough to cover up the screaming coming from inside the vehicle. This went on until close to sunrise. All of this was quite frustrating & put a damper on our special weekend. The room itself was more than adequate-clean & had been renovated recently. Unsure about a future visit after multiple sleepless nights.

Checking in was a little frustrating, Walked in and stood at the check in desk for about 25 minutes before anyone came out to help. While taking a nap that same day as check in we had the gentlemen who checked me in at the front desk in a serious argument with his wife/girlfriend all while standing in front of our room, Cursing each other out and that lasted about 45 mins or so, only to start back up again at almost midnight. The people who were above us were extremely loud as well and kept us up all night with loud walking and jumping. While the property was ok and location was great as well, I dont think we will ever stay here again.

This property is in a great location. Manager and staff and very helpful and would definitely go back and stay there. Plus it’s recently renovated so all plus.
