La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy eficiente y atento

El servicio de estacionamiento es muy deficiente, al tener un solo empleado a cargo del valet parking hay que esperar mucho tiempo hasta recuperar el vehículo, además de que la facturación del servicio es lenta. Se que la empresa que presta este servicio no es parte del Grupo Posadas, pero es en interés de los clientes del Grupo que debería prestarse atención a éste tema.

Las camas , la ubicación , la limpieza .

Solo dan un café por cortesía y uno paga togas las noches, no había internet en habitaciones. Pague por 3 personas pero sólo daban desayuno a una o sea que no se podía desayunar en el hotel ya que no puedo bajar a desayunar yo y dejar a los otros dos huéspedes sin desayuno. Es ridiculo. Solo dan un sobre de café en la habitación por la primera noche de estadía. Luego nada. Tuve que pedirlo. Pedí que me dieran internet y no podíamos conectarnos desde la habitación.
