Hermitage by The Cosy Hotels Near Lotus Temple

The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very good.

I found my room to be situated directly in front of the kitchen and reception area, which unfortunately resulted in a lack of privacy and noticeable noise from staff conversations and kitchen work. In hindsight, I would have preferred to have stayed on the third floor, further away from the busy areas.

The room was big enough for a family of four. We booked a deluxe double room. The child of 5 yo slept on a sofa which we put next to the bed. And we had a baby, so he slept together with us.

We couldn't pay by card :((((((( At first we planned to pay in cash but got spent more money than we though we would :D And then my husband had to travel to theri another hotel to be able to pay by card :((((( Hopefully they will get this fixed soon. Ask prior coming.
