Kurz aber sehr gut

Decent to good hotel. Great location! Nice room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Comfortable matrasses. Breakfast was relatively small, but good food and perfect to start the day. Very friendly staff. There was some confusion about the spa tax, but this was the booking agent’s fault. The hotel management explained this in detail and was perfectly resolved, which I really appreciate. Rated 4/5 due to great price versus value.

Great locatiom in the middle of all atractions, Roman Bath you can almost touch from the balcony, museum Faberze around the coner, etc. Parking on a side. Great breakfast

Fantastisk miljö

Bellissima la posizione dell'hotel, ma personale completamente assente. Arrivati alle 14,00, abbiamo fatto il chek in in un altro Hotel, perchò non era presente nessuno all'accettazione.

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft eiskalt! Wir haben im Zimmer die Heizung aufgedreht aber im Bad ging gar nichts! Heizung blieb kalt!

PRO: - sehr bequemes Bett - zentrale Lage - Frühstück für 8€ OK (am 2. Tag waren leider die Brötchen trocken) Contra: - Personal/Rezeption konnte keine Empfehlung zum Parken geben etc. - sehr hellhöriges Zimmer (man kann die Nachbarn sprechen hören) - seeeeehr kleines Bad (kaum Platz zum Haare kämmen) - kleines Zimmer In Summe ist Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

A somewhat dated but nevertheless clean hotel inside the old town within walking distance of the Christmas market. Car parking at a business parking was offered at 10Eu for the night...and the receptionist showed me the way personally. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was adequate... usual continental breakfast, with freshly cut fruit.
