Die zentrale Lage, die Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig.

Nicht alle vom Personal waren freundlich, was wir sehr schade fanden. Andererseits hatten die Mitarbeitenden echt lange Tage.

Idéalement placé dans le centre de la vieille ville, hotel de caractère.

la chambre occupée était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, escalier étroit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner peu garni en regard du prix demandé.

L'appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé

A little bit tired in places

Das im Zentrum gelegene Hotel hält im Inneren, was es von Außen verspricht. Schwarzwälder Designe und Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksangebot war mehr als ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir hätten uns über Infos im Voraus gefreut, die uns den besten Weg zum Hotel gezeigt hätten. Dann hätten wir nicht mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzonen irren müssen.

The location was very good. Our room was nice once we got in the right hotel.o the original hotel, explained what had gone wrong and the rest of our stay was very good.

When we arrived we were told we would be staying at a different property owned by the same company across the street. No one told me why they just sent me on my way. We had several issues with our room. Extremely hard mattress, wi fi didn’t work, drain in sink wouldn’t close. Finally I was told it was because I hadn’t booked my room for all three nights which wasn’t correct. The next day I spoke with a manager and they moved me back

The location is excellent. Room was very spacious, good for families with kids. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and kind, especially with our 2 yr old daughter. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.
