Great place and lovely staff

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room was big enough, the bed was comfy enough, and it had a working toilet and shower

The hotel as a whole is in need of some TLC. There was wallpaper peeling in my room, though adequate, the mattress felt like it was on its last legs, the bathroom looked a little tired, and the sound treatment was sub-par. It is in a busy part of Neath, and the pubs and bars keep you awake until after 1 a.m.

Location , rooms were lovely , staff helpful and happy

No cooked breakfast only continental very disappointed

Nothing really we used it as a base to do what we were there for

Brilliant staff their receptionist Gemma was amazing really warm and welcoming. And was clean.

Room was cold and heater was broken Breakfast was awful only one type of ham and cheese croissants was dry and didnt eat much.

The room smelt of smoke and I requested another room because of this. Bathroom fittings looked old and tired. Breakfast was fine . Staff were great.

All good really. My upgraded room - the Katherine Jenkins suite - was very large and comfortable. The staff were great. There was a convenient and easy to use lift if the stairs were too much. Breakfast was fine. its usually continental but was cooked on the day I was there... Train station is literally 5 mins walk away...

It was a little noisy which might be a problem for some people but didn't bother me. I also couldn't figure out how to turn the air conditioning on but that was my problem...
