It's not for everyone. No aircon and very much a young backpacker place. Don't expect hotel levels

"Party hostel, hard to sleep"

The bed was really comfy, lovely mattress and duvet. A jug of cold water was provided in the fridge. The key being an app worked well as you're unlikely to lose/forget your phone.

This is a party hostel; if you want to actually sleep, book somewhere else or bring good earplugs. There is a supposed curfew at 10pm which is not adhered to. There was significant noise until past 3am. The walls are very thin (we stayed in a cube double room). There was also no respect from guests as they walked past our room chatting at full volume at 2am. They closed the toilets for cleaning at peak time in the morning so there was a queue of about 5 girls waiting to use the upstairs toilets. Check in took a long time because there was only one staff member (she was very efficient but the person ahead of us hadn't downloaded the app, paid in advance etc and had issues with this. No one's fault but it would've been more efficient to have a backup staff member). Note that you must download the app for the key (this was fine for us but might be annoying and time consuming for others) If the curfew had been enforced and noise had been controlled, this would have been an enjoyable and good value stay.

The location was beautiful.

There were no plugs near the bottom bunks. The only key was an app on your phone. The bathrooms were far away, which is not ideal in the night when it's raining. The showers/toilets were run down.

Camera sporca. Scarafaggi. Insetti. Rete del materasso obsoleta di ferro e materasso a molle che mi ha provocato cervicale e sciatica. Muffa sul tetto , polvere dappertutto. Bagno orribile. Le foto ingannano. E menomale che ho preso la suite imperiale, non oso immaginare i dormitori. La sera schiamazzi 24/7 no stop. La sala da condivisione veniva scambiata per camere per dormire Gente che dormiva sui divani. Il check-in è durato 25 minuti perché una ragazza aveva problemi e impediva il lavoro della receptionist che desidera scappare da quel luogo e mescolava 4 lingue diverse. Applausi. Per me è da buttare giù una struttura del genere. Da dimenticare . Un incubo
