"Hôtel charmant mais service à revoir"

Bel établissement. Plage magnifique devant l’hôtel avec transats super et pas d’algues. Super employé Éric sur la plage à partir de 15.30. La réception est aussi très sympathique

L’accueil est très sympathique, mais il y a quelqu’un qui arrive le matin à 7h avec la musique à fond, clairement un employé de l’hôtel. L’employé du matin au petit-déjeuner, sur la plage, est plutôt nonchalant, voire désagréable. Nous avions demandé la carte et finalement nous avons dû retourner le voir, car il a dit que la cuisine s’était fermée entre-temps. Nous avons donc commandé dans l’hôtel d’à côté, très serviable. Par contre, Éric, l’employé qui commence à 15h30, est génial ! Alma Bar vraiment nul : impossible de voir le coucher de soleil, musique à fond et jamais de place.

"Séjour agréable même si encore une fois on nous prends pour des américains"

La vue et le cadre sur l'océan et le lieu de résidence est assez idyllique, reculé de la ville. C'est un environnement propice à la retraite et au repos

On nous a demandé sans cesse de payer payer payer. 800 pesos pour le voiturier alors qu'on avait déjà payé 700 euros l'hotel. DE plus, le petit-déjeuner était inclus, il ne nous a pas manqué quand même un matin de devoir encore payer pour un supposé pourboire pour le serveur qui nous avait fait son cinéma en nous servant nos plats de manière très théâtrale et fantasque...

La ducha del baño no funcionaba bien o te quemabas o te quedabas helado. Las camas muy duras y se ve que las instalaciones son viejas y están obsoletas
