Novotel Auckland Airport

Fantastic location after a long and late international flight. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Good WiFi and friendly staff at check in. Very handy location wise for catching the Inter City bus down south.

Breakfast was poor given the room rate- bread/pastries stale, limited hot options and a lack of clarity around hot drinks. Different guests receiving very different levels of service. Lower end of value for money scale, I appreciate a lot of the cost is due to the convenience of the location.

The proximity to the airport for an early departure is excellent

We had arrived at midnight to Auckland airport and could just walk like 50-100 meters and we were in the hotel. The staff member who greeted us was friendly, welcoming and informative of room services that were still available to us aswell as when breakfast would be avaliable. The room was just what we needed after an exhausting 24hrs of traveling.

The staff were excellent very experienced. 10 / 10
