LOCATION,AIRPORT, AND THE MAIN POINT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! CHECK-IN QUICK INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS VERY WELL EXPLAINED. FOYER WAS VERY TIDY AND CLEAN. WILL DIFENITELY BOOK TO STAY AGAIN WITH YOU GUYS!! WHEN I TRAVEL OVERSEA.

I HAVE NO BAD THINGS TO SAY AT ALL!! FROM THE TWO OVER NIGHTERS, EVERY EMPLOYEE ARE SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, 10/10 FOR EVERYTHING, ON MY STAYS I MUST TAKE OFF MY HAT TO PEOPLE THAT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICES, AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC CAN BE VERY MUCH OVER THE TOP, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!

"Waste of money, complete let down"

Lovely room, clean and tidy and very comfortable

Not treated like a valued customer at all. Right from check in, ignored by Leng who needs training to greet customers and actually serve them, I had to be told by another worker who was with a customer to go and stand by leng and get his attention. He checked me in and sent me to my room but I had to ask what is the wifi etc, what time does room service close. And then to go to the restaurant you’re not allowed to sit anywhere without it a booking, just by the bar only. That was fine, but upon ordering another drink was told the bar is closed - thanks for heads up, that would have been good to know. Finally got to my room and was told room service is 24/7 but nobody answers the phone, so here I am hungry and thirsty and wishing I had stayed somewhere else.
