Staff were amazing. Lovely facilities.

A little maintenance could be used on some areas. Extractor fan in bath room very very rusty which takes away from an otherwise lovely room and bathroom.

Room was perfect. Very comfortable, cosy and clean.

Only one lovely lady on check in who also had to cover the bar. It was a bust day for Glasgow and really should of had more staff on. Felt very sorry for the lady.

Staff at breakfast were pleasant and location of hotel is excellent.

I did not get the room I booked and no compensation offered. Beds were uncomfortable and the cooked food at breakfast was terrible.

On arrival we were allocated a room with disability facilities We were moved room, the basin tap leaked badly , the sinkk plug was as good as useless. Although we reported this it was not resolved, no explanation given, however we were in recognition given one days breakfast gratis Instead of a kettle the room had a ridiculous coffee machine. In room 316 it is in a spam alcove type space, very awkward and dangerous to fill. Coffee pods are not very environmentally friendly as well.
