Hotel Indigo Glasgow by IHG

I like the comfortable bed and central location. Always nice to walk along the river in Glasgow. The staff is welcoming and attentive.

The refrigerator wasn’t working, but they did give me a bucket of ice to assist. The mirror in the bathroom had a broken light.

This location is fabulous, it’s right in the center but down a quieter street. You can easily get the airport bus #500 it stops outside. Great place for touring the city. Basic hotel, small gym, no coffee maker in room. Staff were helpful.

The shower tray could have done with a dry cloth to take away a few marks, the shower mat had something on it & dust on the toilet paper holder. My earring fell out & when looking for it i found a sliver of glass on the carpet. My hairdryer wasn't working but reception quickly sent up a replacement

The Hotel Indigo is my go to hotel when visiting Glasgow, but this visit was a disappointment. I was allocated a dreary room but managed to move. The room I moved to isn't as great as it used to be. The fridge light came on but there was no refrigeration so it was useless. Housekeeping was hurried and things were missed when servicing the room. The room now looks a bit dilapidated. The hotel appears to be short-staffed. The bed was very good and I slept well. The staff were great, as always, but I think the owners have taken their eyes off the ball. This hotel needs a bit of decorating and updating.

Le lieu, situé au centre avec possibilité de se stationner dans un parking en face. Prix du parking réduit à travers l’hôtel. Lits confortables.

L’espace dans la chambre est réduit au maximum avec 2 lits doubles. La qualité du petit déjeuner en dessous de la moyenne.
