The breakfast was amazing! So many options to choose from. And the staff was so friendly.

Could not have been better.

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Stayed here to visit family was very satisfied. Pool was great and breakfast was plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Updated clean rooms an exhaust fan in the bathroom is nice kept the humuidity out Dove products for the bathroom

Grad stay overall

Pool rules were not enforced at all. Too many people on hot tub... kids running and throwing footballs from one end of pool to the other... no chairs on pool since the other people had them all outside. Staff came in for towel stuff and saw all this... did nothing!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a front desk. 4/17/25 11pm. Will never return to a Holiday Inn because of this and I have been staying here for years. Highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Would never recommend going to this location.

Terrible!!!! No hot water at night!!!! Children, running nonstop through the hallways, stomping above us, and knocking on the door all hours of the night!!!! Pool was filled with kids to where we had to get out of the hot tub and leave because it was so loud!!! You can hear every car that passes by on the highway, as well as you can hear everyone’s alarms going off around you, and when the toilet flushes from the room above, it is extremely loud! Cost was almost $500 for 2 nights to not even get any sleep!

Room Key card worked initially, but later not: had to be replaced

DO NOT STAY HERE! The general manager, Anthony, is extremely rude and a pathological liar. He was having a very loud and rude conversation over the phone with another customer upon our check in. It seemed like he was trying to intimidate. This type of call should not be held in plain view of other customers. He told another parent in our group that he had to work “long hours” because we were “so out of control,” but when another parent followed up on this, he backtracked and said that wasn’t the case. He also tried to make one of our parents feel bad because he said corporate is forcing him to provide a full refund to one of the guests on our floor. When IHG was contacted about this, they confirmed that this is not the case and that all refunds are decided by the hotel and corporate never forces refunds. We were also told that we received complains by the room next to us. We were confused because we were doing anything in our room besides watching tv. We apologized to the rooms next to us, and they acted confused and said they didn’t complain about us. I would NEVER stay here again.
