Location is great staff is very attentive and caring

Few little things (missing towel and toilet paper) that got fixed as soon as I bought them up. Biggest issue is the construction in the lobby. You can’t have people banging and drilling onto walls at 8am on a Saturday morning

Abouthe hotwl nothing, the only good thing was the location

1. It was a sold with breakfast included, for the pixtures looks like it was a 2. It was imposible to rest, they are doing some remodelation and the noise is heavy.... They nevee informed that before arrived to the hotel... 3. Cleaning room service wasnt include and just informed it the same day with arrive with aditional payment 4. One the guy from the staff was really rude

La habitación fue muy cómoda, la ubicación inmejorable y el personal es muy atento.

Tuve una experiencia previa en el hotel, que fue muy grata. Quisimos volver pero esta vez, todo cambió. Están redefiniendo el concepto del hotel, y no se nos notificó al hacer la reserva. Debido a esto la calidad de servicio disminuyó considerablemente. Hace menos de un año el desayuno era buffet y delicioso, esta vez llegó empacado y frío, no hay limpieza en las habitaciones (se debe pagar adicional), como están en remodelación, hacen arreglos en el día, incluyendo festivo 01 de mayo desde las 8am.

A few weeks before my arrival, the hotel reached out to inform me about ongoing renovations and changes to the breakfast setup. I appreciated the heads-up since it gave me time to cancel, but I decided to keep my booking because of the great location and the fact that I was already aware of the situation because of my research. During my stay, two young ladies that rotated shifts at the front desk were warm, friendly, and very helpful, which made a positive impression. The biggest surprise for me was the room. Based on the exterior, renovations, and even the photos, I was expecting something decent but simple. Instead, I walked into a beautifully styled space with a great layout, nice color scheme, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, within walking distance to nearby malls like Andino & Atlantis ( it was also easy to uber to other malls like Nuestro.... ) supermarkets, and plenty of food options. Salitre Magico was about a 25 minutes uber ride as well.
