Bathrooms could be cleaner. Edges around the flooring were dirty with some broken glass.

Better detail cleaning and perhaps paint in the bathrooms,

There is not one thing I liked.

The location is one a very busy highway filled with trucks. The room smells of stale smoke. The refrigerator makes too much noise. this hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. For 30 more dollars I had the best room at MyPlace in Bend.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, location right off highway and close to our activity so very convenient.

Bed was very hard and the pillows were thin and hard. Towels were thin and rough.

Cleanliness was not there, black mold in bathroom, chewed up hard gum in the extra pillow bag and the bed was as hard as a rock.

Receptionist did not understand that the price I was quoted was for a room with two beds. I had a received a discount with my reservation, and it caused confusion regarding the room I paid for. We were able to switch rooms, however.
