The room rate is very reasonable compared to hotels closer to downtown area. It’s a bit remote and having a car would be worthwhile. It was good for a one or two night stay.

UBC student rooms were clean, bathroom was design to have 3 people use it at once to do different things(brush teeth, shower or use toilet). Kitchen/Leaving area was clean and spacious. Very reasonable price for a unit having four separate bedrooms. Would have liked to have few more basic utensils in kitchen and a bigger shower stall.

Driving ways to the parking area from reception building is not convenient, and reception staffs are not professional.

It's good but very very basic. These are student accommodations and should cost much less. The environment was lovely.

This was an amazing stay. Will definitely come back.

No TV no hairdryer

Great convenience

Great for the price. The room was clean but needed a little maintenance (the sink in the bathroom barely worked, some paint missing from the wall).

As a dorm hotel it was good for the location and money. We stayed one night and it was clean and quiet. The ac was on but it did not get cold enough for us but it was ok.
