Boa localização. Ótimo café da manhã (para padrões americanos).

Elevada relação custo-benefício. Muito caro para um hotel padrão mediano e caríssimo por ser uma cidade pequena que deveria fomentar o turismo.

The drive into, out of and around Helena itself is beautiful. Can't dispute that. It's the sort of place you could quiet vacation in for a few weeks just to realign. Would I stay at this hotel again if that were the case? Not if there were other options open. This hotel was clean and the check in was fast, efficient. The location however while not isolated, was more out of the way and I would stay in the retail district that provides access to a variety of restaurants or shopping. If you opened your drapes hoping for a view back of the hotel, there isn't one. There was an issue with the room assigned at check in, but it was resolved quickly. Travel has become expensive and at a cost of about $260.00 CAD, this hotel was not good value for the money in my opinion. It isn't luxury. It's moderate. I'm sure there are other moderate hotels to stay in that charge less and offer the same amenities and if your needs warrant, a better location to walk around in after a long day of driving.

We stayed on multiple bookings and the staff made the transition smooth for us. There were constantly people cleaning the hotel & grounds and everyone was friendly. The pool was perfect for the kids and the hot tub is huge!

The location isn’t the prettiest area, but it’s convenient for shopping.

Large room not well designed for customer use. Dresser drawers were stuffed with extra linens, and there was no place to stash them to make room to unpack. Needed more hangers in closet, and with all the space available, there was only a mean little bucket chair in the corner. The mid-century modern desk chair was not comfortable or functional, and there were only two bath towels provided for a multi-day stay. Having said all that, however, the front desk staff was great!

Everything was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Hot tub and pool were nice to relax in.
