Food options were limited so it was good we had a car as it was a bit far out.

Spacious, clean rooms . All the amenities you need, including laundry. Rich breakfast for both Western and Asian tourists.

The staff weren’t very fluent in English which made it difficult to communicate. Also we had several coincidences in which they were quite confused- gave us the wrong car at the valet service, ordered us the wrong set menus at the restaurant etc.. The style is a bit outdated.

Staff were excellent, rooms were huge and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a good three night stay. However, it definitely didn’t feel like a five star hotel. The hotel is very dated and the decor needs an update. This part was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, there plenty of options.

한국인직원분이 계시는 날이었는데, 정말 친절하고 설명도 잘해주시고, 좋았어요. 가성비무엇. 해변 나가는게, 셔틀타고 계열사 다른 호텔을 거쳐 가야하지만, 가격 생각하면, 매우 만족. 주변에 뭐가 없다고 하는데, 어차피 수영이랑 쉬러 간거였어서, 근처 수제버거맛집, 세븐, 로손 다 있어요. 리조트쪽으로 넘어가면 간단히 먹을수있는 곳도 있고 나름 괜찮아요. 조용한거 좋아하면 굿.

바닥이 오래된 카펫이라 냄새가 미세하게 나는데, 가격 생각하면 나름 괜찮음. 깊이가 깊은 수영장이 맘에듦.

Amazing pool, beautiful buffet breakfast. Great place for a comfortable family stay. We rented a car which was great for allowing us to explore the island. Female spa was great and included with our spacious suite!

Hotel decor was slightly glitzy for our taste and there were no USB charging points, though the reception staff lent us some converter plugs.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice being able to use the sister facilities as well.

The beach was small and no snorkeling was allowed.
