Arribas Sintra Hotel

This is a remarkably well located and well run hotel the sea views are outstanding as the sea puts on a continually entertaining performance. We also got some excellent sunsets. The customer care from almost all the staff was absolutely first class. Our room was large and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The internet connection was first class The breakfast was excellent. The food in the main restaurant and snack area was first class, absolutely the best in the resort The swimming pool is a remarkable facility. It’s well run and you can get a bed even on sunny days when they admit the general public for a fee.

There are just a very few things that fall below the first class standard of the hotel generally. 1. They don’t offer an iron and a learning board even on request they suggest you use their laundry, Service, but who wants to pay €4 to take a few suitcase creases out of each each shirt. 2. The rooms are a little short on plugs by today’s standards and no USBs. 3. The food in the snack bar was also excellent, but the Service lets the hotel down a little. It was rather slow and the staff strangely inattentive. Not bad but nowhere near the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel.

Frühstück top. Lage wundervoll mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön gemacht. Die Familienzimmer haben ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Fenster. Das ist Geschmacksache. Für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern sicher geeignet. Das Fitnessstudio ist super neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal in der Bar.

Die Klimaanlage/Ventilation im Durchgangszimmer war defekt und konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Dadurch war es etwas stickig und warm in dem Zimmer. DAs Zimmer zum Meer und das Bad sind traumhaft. Der Pool wurde erst nach Ostern geöffnet.

O Wi Fi era bastante fraco, principalmente no quarto.

Не стал занижать оценку отелю, но минусов хватает, давайте о плюсах. ВИД! Это бомба! Первое впечатление было сумасшедшим, настолько бомбический вид что на другие детали просто не обращаешь внимание при заселении. Я как бывалый турист таких видов не видел если честно. Следующий плюс отеля это бассейн, я как человек занимающийся плаванием получил удовольствие от плавания. Персонал, девушки очень приветливые на стойке, им 10 баллов. И на этом всё))

Сам отель и номер уже уставший, вообще отель 60х годов и после новых 4 звезд контраст ощущается нормально. Бассейн крашеный, издали вид супер, подойдешь ближе сразу вспоминается детство и бассейны советского периода 😁 возле бассейна нет сервиса аля 5 звезд, напитков снеков музыки, хотя всё это напрашивается. Вода морская как бы и плюс но холодная для комфортного купания. Если вы пловец то четко если нет то будет прохладно вам, там 24 градусов. На море ещё хуже 17 было. И волны страшно красиво но купаться и холодно и опасно немного. Завтрак средний даже слабоват для 4 звезд. И самое главное скучно. Если погода испортилась то вообще делать нечего там. Только из за вида на одну ночь однозначно рекомендую, но на более не советовал бы.

Simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionários.

Piscina é aberta ao público exterior, muita afluência, lixo em redor, barulho e confusão. Falta de privacidade e tranquilidade. Quarto pouco insonorizados. O estacionamento desorganizado e sem espaço para todos. Saída do estacionamento para um parque com terra batida. Buffet e no piso superior aos quartos. As 6.45h já se ouvem cadeiras a arrastar. Péssimo!

A localização e a vista são incomparáveis. O Hotel é lindo, confortável e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Esperamos voltar em breve.
