nos tuvieron que cambiar de una habitación a otra porque la ducha estaba rota y nos pasaron a otra la cual el cristal del microondas estaba reventado y hacía chispas cuando lo encendías (es decir no podíamos usarlo), el suelo lleno de arena como si estuvieras en la playa y en las habitaciones hay hormigas por todas partes, demasiado caro para lo que realmente es. La primera habitación tenía cocina pero utensilios de cocina ni uno, ni si quiera había olla, teníamos una simple sartén, dos vasos y dos platos. En ninguna habitación había estropajo ni jabón para limpiar lo que ensuciabas. La cosa es que ya que estás pagando la barbaridad que es, no tengo por qué comprarme utensilios de cocina cuando supuestamente estaban incluidos. Si vosotros podéis estar una semana solo con una sartén me explicáis cómo, gracias.

L'emplacement (plage et arrêt bus pour Palma) et la vue depuis notre balcon qui donnait côté mer. Malheureusement tout ça ne fait pas tout et ne vaut surtout pas le prix payé A EVITER, vaut mieux être à 2 routes plus loin dans un hôtel 3 étoiles

Le rapport qualité prix car ces appartements sont considéré comme 3 étoiles mais même 2 étoiles serait un luxe. Heureusement nous avons dormi que 3 nuits. Le personnel de l'après-midi à la réception n'était pas aimable ni compétente. Elle préférait regarder ses séries sur son téléphone. Celui qui était du matin jusqu'à environ 14h était aimable et conviviale. Lors du check in les draps pour mettre dans le lits nous ont été remis à la réception (pourquoi ne pas l'avoir fait eux même) En 3 jours il n'y a jamais eu de nettoyage de chambre. Personnellement faire le lit et changer les linges ça ne me dérange pas si ce n'est pas fait. Par contre vu qu'on vient de la plage de faire la panosse est la moindre des choses. Et on était un bébé donc il y avait également des couches dans la poubelle qui n'a jamais été vidée. Il y avait également pleins de fourmis dans la salle de bains et chambre. Je plains les gens qui sont la bas plus de temps. Car vu le prix et sans petit déj et avec un tel service ce n'est pas justifier. Et il n'y a également pas de Wifi gratuit. Il faut payer. C'est mentionné sur booking mais en 2025 un établissement de ce genre ne pas avoir de wifi gratuit et vu le prix est absurde.

Die Lage war super und das Zimmer war geräumt und sauber.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, und für das Internet musste man zusätzlich bezahlen, das ist bei diesem Preis wirklich unmöglich. Später habe ich im Nachbarhostel sogar kostenloses Internet bekommen.

: Formal Complaint Regarding My Stay at Apartamentos Turísticos Mix Dear Management of Apartamentos Turísticos Mix, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which fell far below my expectations and what was advertised at the time of booking. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly sent to a different hotel without any prior notice or formal apology. Two days later, I personally came to your office to inform you that I was not comfortable with the service at that hotel, especially since it was very far from the beach. This negatively impacted my vacation experience. In order to make better use of my time and compensate for the long distances, I had to rent a private car, which cost me over 300 euros for just the first rental. After all this, one of your employees returned me and my companions to the original apartment we had booked — but without offering any compensation or even a proper apology for the inconvenience and financial loss. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The service provided by the staff at the apartment was very poor, and no meaningful assistance or attention was given during our stay. For these reasons, I am requesting a fair compensation for the discomfort, disruption, and expenses incurred due to this mismanagement. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously, and that necessary actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening to future guests.
