"最高のホテルでした"

妻の誕生日記念という事で、ちょっと奮発してこちらに泊まりました。 皇室ともゆかりが深く、昭和天皇を初めて、現天皇陛下や秋篠宮さま、高松宮さまなど複数の皇室の方が何回もお泊まりになられ、さらに2016年にG7伊勢志摩サミットが開催された場所という事もあり、とても格式高く、サービスも行き届いており、スタッフの方々もとてもキビキビ動いていて、すごく気持ち良く滞在する事ができました。 ホテルとしては、泊まったクラッシックだけでなく、新しいベイスイートのラウンジやレストランが使えたのも良かったです。

"パーフェクトなホテル"

お部屋は特に広くも設備も良くも無く至って普通ですが清潔でした。 従業員の方のサービスがとても良く、駐車場に止める時も走って来て、もう少し入り口に近い所に空きが有りますと教えて下さったり、敷地内を車で移動していると、同じく移動されてる従業員の方々が車に向かって立ち止まってお辞儀される姿に感動しました。 快適に滞在出来る様、常に気配りされていて心のこもったおもてなしで、さすが志摩観光ホテルだなと改めて感心しました。 また是非近いうちに宿泊したいです。
