we arrived let - the front-office was manned by a guy in shirt, shorts and sleepers (not his fault). our party of four adults was given only one room key - which broke and we had to pay P300 for the replacement. there was a rug inside the room ref (it was unplugged and open), no shower curtain. we had to request for towels, shower curtain (which we hanged ourselves, because they just gave it to us). we were not able to sleep due to noise from the other guests (the walls are thin).

Clean facilities, friendly staff were a plus. But breakfast menu was very limited with some of the items not available and the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door! Booked junior suite but there was loud noise from the road so we moved to another, quieter room. It’s a long way from the centre of town and the busy road has no paths.

How can this place call itself a "boutique" hotel when they don't even provide the basics, such as dental kits, facial tissue, and slippers?

Friendly staff, easy to check in and out of the hotel. The security deposit was 2000 per room and I didn’t know about it before booking the room. I barely had enough money when I checked in, I did receive it all back when checking out.

Big clean room with a couch and coffee table with balcony good value

Only one staff was there to do everything. reception, cook,roomservice, etc. The rest were OJT who partially know what they're doing. Bfast should've been buffet esp for it's price of 600/plate

Understaffed!!! He was manning the front desk, doing the cooking for bfast and also had to do other errands/chores. The OJT didnt know half of what they're ding. And one even stank. Also not well lit hotel. pool was at a different location/compund.
