Good location and beautiful view

Last night, we couldn’t sleep because next door has someone knocked the door it was so loud and disturbed me also two working lady came around 4:30 am room 741 they were kicking the door and punch up I have ran to the reception and tell them to get security check with this room 741 what was happening? In my opinion. I think the people from outside shouldn’t come up to the Customer room. and security should solving the problem before police man came. By the way just to let you know and solving the problem if there is happening with other customer in the future.

The location of this hotel is great, and the private beach area is very nice if you just want to relax. However, the rooms really need renovation — the furniture is old, the lighting is dim and yellowish, and there’s a dusty smell. The breakfast experience was terrible. The staff seemed to treat guests differently based on appearance, which felt discriminatory and very uncomfortable. Staff need proper training to treat all customers with equal respect. Overall, a beautiful location but disappointing service and outdated rooms.
