Convenience location, surrounding by restaurants and supermarkets; nice and friendly staffs; delicious breakfast. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, you can have tasty meals without going outside of hotel

Room's decoration is old It's better to have certain smoking area in the lobby instead of whole lobby

I love all about the staff and service and the The downstire was nice

I had book for 5 room But room 376 was SMELL arinal Yuck!! I been complain about it there's was staff return back to clean it But the smell still there for another 24 hours For the future make sure staff check it b4 the next quest check in thank u

Breakfast is ok. Staff is nice.

Very old hotel. Need urgent renovation! All is in a bad condition: walls, floor, bathroom ... ALL! I would never go there. Now I understand why they take payment upfront. If i see the room first i would refuse to pay and stay!

The breakfast buffet was tasty, the rooms were comfortable and spacious - lots of space to relax and/or work. Excellent access to filtered drinking water with coolers in every hallway to reduce the use of plastic. Timely laundry service. Plentiful menu choices for dinner. Open air pool and outdoor dining area.

The indoor dining area was chaotic and noisy. Dining at the bar was less hectic but smoking is allowed, so there wasn't a place to have a quiet non-smoking meal indoors. Staff could have explained better that the gym was closed for ramadan instead of pretending it was broken and/or the hotel could set up the musholla in another location so that the gym could be open for other guests.
