Ho trovato al mio arrivo tra l’altro in anticipo di almeno 5 ore prima , la camera già pronta . C’è un supplemento da pagare in struttura di 10€ in più per il cane ho una femmina piccola taglia media di pastore australiana. Questo lo trovo giusto .

Della struttura l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la colazione e a pagamento a parte , quindi la mattina ho lasciato la camera e ho fatto colazione fuori

"Fine but not Great."

Location, staff.

Well comparing to last year, the place started to look outdated, shower glass with lime scale, I didn't have shower gel, but that wasn't problem as I use mine, towels were clean but very rough and hard, carpet needs deep clean. Last year looked much fresh, more sweet, more approachable that's why I've rated it 10, but this year unfortunately 7. I like to go at Rivarolo every year, maybe next time I have to change the place, I don't want to be more disappointed. Value for money it's not there, I'm sorry.
